My name is Teacher Aezan and I have more than 7 years of experience in the education field. I hold a Master in Business Administration, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with younger students in various educational settings over the years. My teaching philosophy revolves around fostering curiosity, encouraging creativity, and supporting each individual learning journey. With a passion for inspiring young minds and a love for learning, I’m dedicated to creating a nurturing and dynamic classroom environment where every student feels valued and excited to learn.I have an experience in teaching Mathematic, Science and English.
Teaching Method(s)
I will choose students to explore active learning where students will be able to explore the things that they learn in teaching session and apply it. I incorporated hands-on activity, interactive discussion and make lessons more engaging and to allow students to apply their knowledge in meaningful ways. By creating a supportive and encouraging classroom atmosphere is crucial for student growth. I use positive reinforcement to celebrate achievements, build confidence, and motivate students to reach their full potential. Regular feedback is essential for student development. I provide constructive feedback on their work and progress, and I also encourage self-assessment and peer feedback to help students reflect on their learning journeySubject
