About Me

Hi, I am Aimi Asyikien. I graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2022. I love teaching and am currently applying to further my Master's degree in International Business. My passion for History has been developing since I was young and I can teach History and Geography in fun ways. I can teach Bahasa Melayu, Sejarah and Geografi. I can speak Malay and English and understand basic Mandarin because I took Mandarin during my studies.

Teaching Method(s)

I love the study method of using flash cards because it makes us memorize quickly and well, especially terms and wording. As for Sejarah, I think the best technique I had implemented before is using the chapter-by-chapter and MCQ exercises. I think the best technique to memorize the storyline is using ''kaedah penceritaan'' in cinematic mode. For me, Sejarah and Geografi is more toward understanding the basic concept on how to master the topic.
