My name is Tanusha, I'm 24 years old. I am now pursuing Bachelors in Psychology at HELP Universit. Ever since I graduated my high school in the year 2016 (SPM), I worked with an English academy for 2 years up from 2018-2020. Soon after that in 2021, I joined Kumon as an English and Mathematics teacher for 7 months. I am a person with good linguistic skills. I can also teach Science for primary school students according to their syllabus besides English and Maths. I have handled students from various backgrounds and I am generally calm and composed when teaching my students. Besides, I am also organized and that enables me to prepare my lessons to teach my students. I am also interactive with my students and would like to communicate with my students to understand their level of comprehension towards what is being taught.Teknik Pengajaran
I am a student-centered educator. I like to adapt to various teaching methods such as having pop quizzes and have merit demerit points to track students' record. This would allow students to be more engaged in the lessons. However, if the students are slow-paced learners, I prefer to coach by using the 'repeat' teaching technique. It is a technique where I would familiarize the student(s) with the certain theories/ calculations/words/ concepts which a hard to grasp by repeating it using different contents to enable them to master the specific topic.Subjek
