Hello and greetings, everyone. I am Tecaher Najlaa. An educator with the background of education. My qualifications are Bachelor of Education and Master of Education. I have experiences over two years in teaching including primary and secondary levels.

Teknik Pengajaran

I believe that every student is special and they have their own learning orientation. For example, visual, kinesthetic, listening. On top of that, I also do discussion with my students. This is called as a critical thinking session. My teaching method is not only one-way or passive learning but it's an exchange of knowledge between educator and student. I apply the theory of Lev Vygotsky in my teaching which is to know my student's locus of learning. I conduct my lessons based on these factors.
