About Me

Hello there! My name is Noremi, and I am currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a prominent IT organisation while also pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA). My academic path has been enriched by a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Multimedia.

Professional Experience:
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in a variety of fields, which has sharpened my abilities and knowledge in customer service, business operations, change management and quality management and improvement. I've had the good fortune to work with a variety of teams and organisations, which has allowed me to comprehend the complexities of several industries and their distinct issues.

Teaching enthusiasm:
In addition to my professional obligations, I work as a part-time trainer for MAHTEC and numerous other organisations. My love of teaching has driven me to share my knowledge and mentor people of all ages, from kindergarteners to adults. I get a lot of satisfaction from assisting others in understanding complex subjects and developing their talents.

Methods of Instruction:

Knowledge Sharing and Sedaqah:

Teaching is more than simply a job for me; it is also a way for me to give back to the community and practise sedaqah (charity). I am a great believer in the power of information sharing to inspire people and improve their lives.

Finally, my experiences as a COO and aspirant DBA holder, together with my love of teaching and sharing knowledge, have formed me into the person I am today. Teaching Method(s)

I believe in an interactive and engaging approach to education. I encourage active participation from my students because I believe it promotes a deeper knowledge of the material. I use real-world examples and case studies to connect theoretical concepts to practical applications, making learning more relevant and fun. I will incorporate with lots of games related to the case or topic of study.

Furthermore, I modify my teaching approaches to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring that each student receives personalised attention and assistance. I am a firm believer in fostering a good and inclusive learning atmosphere in which everyone is encouraged to ask questions and express their opinions.
