About Me
I am a reflective teacher. Teaching student with care and love are my priority for students. Understanding candidates hidden curriculum to enhance their learning experience are one the policies that i'am carrying with myself. Often communicate, providing support and make the activities reasonable yet effective to identify students strength and weakness encourages my classroom and my performance in teaching towards high quality. Whereby, I'am able to sense students other needs of courses by acknowledgement both in person communication and online narration. My most dedication are utilised in students activities, type of presentation of an i formation. As an reflective educator preferring reflection and feedbacks from the activities, type of learning instruction been implemented are necessary to evaluate my teaching style and skills for.my students. For example, students sometimes prefer hands on activity or simplified instruction when they are exhausted or energetic. So, as a teacher respecting students time and effort are significant because students are the drivers for my teaching nuances. Adapting new terms and making adjusts lead my students emphasize the need of learning in a more subtle way. As a growing teacher leading my students towards highly committed are the full-time goal of my passion.
Teaching Method(s)
*Aways letting my expectations and rules to students in order to achieve the learning objectives and outcomes.
* preferring pre-diagnostic assessments for broder understanding of my students needs and expectations.
* Establishing scaffolding materials as a friend in their learning mode to guide their ability, doubts and quench their negative emotions or difficulties.
* Focus multi type of learning styles / strategies/ instruction and methods to bring my students to the current educational evolution of world such as applying project based learning, technology based instructions, collaboration add differentiate instruction.
* Focus on improving their weakness in reading, writing and speaking skills.
* negotiate their evaluation of the materials given to promote healthy relationships in learning.
* Dedicating time to hands on multiple materials and high quality materials both in terms of documents, examples, and online websites and apps. To allow students to practice adapts skills in writing, reading and creating through multiple learning style's.
