Hello, my name is Teacher Raina. I graduated with a Bachelor of Education (Hons.) Teaching English as A Second Language (TESL) with 3.60 CGPA. When it comes to experience, due to the nature of my already teaching course, I had the opportunity to complete my practicum at SMK Taman Melawati for 4 months and afterwards, I pursued in becoming a Part-Time Full-Time Lecturer in UiTM Kuala Pilah for 4 months. The former students were Form 2 and the latter were Diploma students, with both handling English as its subject.Teknik Pengajaran
When it comes to teaching effectively, it all comes down to the students themselves. One size can't fit them all, hence why I believe that we educators cannot solely depend on one teaching technique but instead, must be well adapted with our students' need. However, if needed to be stated, I would choose the drilling method (repetition for retention), interactive assessments (use of online language games to learn) and personalized feedback (from students' homework). It is my desire to provide a safe space and a stimulating educational environment for the students, because in the end, who wouldn't want that opportunity when they needed the help?Subjek
