I’m Nur Aisyah. Although I have no prior teaching experience, I believe my soft skills and capabilities will make it manageable for me. In fact, I volunteered as a youth listener for six months in 2020. During that experience, I discovered my passion for understanding people better, which I believe is crucial for conducting a class. Additionally, I have a strong rapport with kids and can easily bond with them. I believe this will help create a positive atmosphere in the classroom. In my life, i wanted something where i can challenge myself everyday. and feels like a new adventure everyday. where i have that intimate space and be vulnerable to new people everyday. Teaching Method(s)
Based on my observations, I realized that sitting in a classroom and listening to lectures for long periods of time doesn't yield effective results. Therefore, I will apply the Pomodoro Technique to my teaching. Moreover, if it's an online class, I know from personal experience how difficult it is to stay productive and motivated with all the distractions. Therefore, I'll make the class more interactive by fostering two-way communication and encouraging active participation. On top of that, I will conduct various activities and discussions to keep students engaged and ensure a effective learning environment.
