Hello! I’m Teacher Thuwaibah — or you can call me Teacher Sue.
I’m a qualified and experienced English teacher with over 20 years of teaching at primary, secondary, pre-university, and university levels. I hold both a Bachelor's and a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), and I’ve been a certified MUET teacher and trainer since 2006. I have a proven track record — many of my students have scored Band 4 and above in MUET and have gained confidence in their English speaking skills, especially in presentations.
In addition to English, I also teach Bahasa Melayu to international students studying in Malaysia and Malaysian students who were raised overseas and may not have had formal schooling in the language. I understand the challenges they face and focus on making lessons simple and practical, helping them use the language with confidence in daily life.
Besides teaching, I have been actively involved in translation and proofreading services for many years, helping both students and professionals produce clear, accurate, and polished communication in both English and Malay.
