I am Batrisyiah Syahindah, also known as Batrisyiah, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Architectural Studies). I have a strong academic foundation, having completed a Foundation in Architecture and Environmental Development, and I am a graduate of SM Sains Seri Puteri Kuala Lumpur, where I developed discipline, leadership, and academic excellence. Alongside my studies, I have gained valuable teaching experience as a tutor with MyTutor, where I have taught a wide range of subjects to students of various levels, from primary to secondary education. This experience has strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching methods to different learning styles, explain concepts clearly, and guide students patiently toward improvement. I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning, both as a student and as an educator.
Teaching Method(s)
I believe every child learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style based on the student’s pace and ability. I start each lesson by understanding what the student already knows, then guide them step by step using simple explanations and clear examples.
I focus on building strong basics first before moving on to harder topics. During lessons, I encourage students to ask questions freely and express their ideas without fear of making mistakes. I also use practice exercises and short quizzes to make sure they truly understand the topic, not just memorize it.
Most importantly, I aim to make learning comfortable, enjoyable, and motivating so students gain confidence and improve both academically and personally.
