A Chemical (Bioprocess) Engineering graduate in 2019, I have a total of 6 years of professional experience in the industry as a Process Engineer, Business Analyst, and Planning Engineer. Currently working in an MNC company for Project Services team.
Teaching Method(s)
This is my first time working as a tutor, but I’ve always enjoyed helping others understand things better—whether it’s explaining a concept to a friend or guiding someone step by step through a problem. I believe that learning should feel encouraging, not stressful.
My approach is simple: I try to understand how each student learns best and adjust my teaching style to match. For younger students, especially those in preschool and primary school, I like to keep things fun and engaging—using examples they can relate to and breaking things down into smaller, easy-to-understand parts.
For secondary students, especially those preparing for exams like SPM, I focus on building a strong understanding of the topics and practising smart ways to answer exam questions. I’m familiar with the Malaysian education system and the types of assessments students go through, so I try to connect what we’re learning to what they’re likely to see in class or exams.
Most importantly, I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions and not be afraid to make mistakes. My goal is to help them grow more confident in their studies and to support them at their own pace.
