I am more commonly known as shahrul,with one year of teaching experience at Kolej Vokasional (KV) Kelantan, where I also carried the responsibility of being a hostel warden. One of my greatest achievements was successfully encouraging students to become more interested and motivated in their learning through a friendly and practical approach. In addition, I was entrusted to serve as a master of ceremonies (MC) for official events, which further enhanced my confidence and communication skills.
Teaching Method(s)
Among the interesting techniques I apply in teaching are project-based learning, which allows students to apply theory in a practical context, as well as hands-on methods and industrial simulations that provide real-world experience in technical skills. I also integrate digital technology and interactive multimedia to make lessons more engaging and easier to understand. In addition, I practice gamification by incorporating quizzes, group challenges, and healthy competition to boost motivation and teamwork among students. I believe that this combination of approaches can spark students’ interest, make the learning process more enjoyable, and ultimately help them achieve better outcomes.
