My name is Teacher Uya, a final-year TESL student with a strong passion for teaching English. I have experience as a facilitator in the SULAM programme “Unlocking English” for children aged 7–12, which successfully made learning enjoyable and impactful.

I am also active in volunteer forums such as ASEAN programmes and have trained students in marching (kawad), achieving runner-up at the state level. I will begin my teaching practicum from 12 January to 30 April next year.

use student-centered and interactive methods to make English learning fun and engaging. My approach includes games, group activities, and the use of multimedia to capture students’ interest. I also apply simple differentiated instruction to meet different learning needs, while creating a supportive environment that builds students’ confidence in using English.
