Hi! My name is Airin Sofhia, and can call me Airin. I am an Electronic Engineering Technology (Computer and Communication) graduate with a strong foundation in mathematics and logical problem-solving. I have experience guiding students and juniors in understanding math concepts, particularly in algebra, arithmetic, equations, and exam preparation.
I have experience as a mentor and facilitator during both high school and university. In high school, I was selected as a Permata Student Calon SPM, where I mentored my friends in Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. During university, I guided peers in understanding Math concepts and technical topics. I teach primary and secondary school students, focusing on helping them strengthen their math skills or improve their exam performance. My main subjects are Math, and I also provide support in related areas like algebra, arithmetic, and equations.
My key skills include breaking down complex problems into simple steps, giving clear explanations, and building students’ confidence in solving problems independently. My greatest achievement is helping students who previously struggled with Math become more confident and achieve better scores through consistent practice and personalized teaching. Additionally, during my university studies, I managed to achieve Dean’s List recognition in 5 out of 7 semesters, demonstrating my dedication and strong academic performance.
