Teaching Method(s)
I use a structured system called the “Understand, Apply, Remember” Method:
1. Understand – I explain topics using simple examples.
2. Apply – Students practice with guided exercises and real-life questions.
3. Remember – I teach memory techniques from neuroscience: active recall, spaced repetition, and mind-mapping, helping students learn faster and retain longer.
