I'am a 24 year old degree graduate from UiTM Puncak Alam. I took science stream for "Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)" level. After finishing my SPM, I continued my studied at "Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM)" at Dengkil. I took Foundation in Teaching English a Second Language (TESL). I further my studies my taking Bachelors Degree at UiTM, Puncak Alam. For my Bachelor's Degree, I took Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Human Resource Management and finished in 2021. After my studies, I worked for a few years doing human resources and administration task in three different organizations, before finally becoming a lecturer at Cyberjaya College Kuching teaching Business Management subjects to Diploma in Healthcare students. The subjects that I teach are Organization Behaviour, Introduction to Human Resource, Medical Office Management, Business Communication and Interpersonal Communication Skills.Teaching Method(s)
The teaching technique that I use are teaching the students regarding the topic and giving them tutorials regarding the chapter that they have learn. Once the students had completed their tutorials, then I will do a discussion with them. I will discuss and explain on how to answer the questions correctly. If the students answers the questions well, then they will be given praise and reassurance how they have done a good job in completing the task given.Subject
