Hi there! My name is Fatin, 27 years old and currently working full-time as an engineer in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. I am a Master Graduate of Structure Engineering from Universiti Teknlogi Malaysia (UTM), I have a degree of Civil Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and my SPM result is very excellent at 8As.I have always loved teaching others. For now, I have been working as part-time private tutor especially in teaching Mathematics, Additional Mathematics and Physics for six (6) years. I am a very flexible person and able to work with students of all types from students whose concepts are weaker to extremely bright students. I make learning sessions fun and enjoyable because I believe when students are excited in learning it will make them more understanding to absorb the lesson.
What we learn with pleasure, we will never forget it.
Teaching Method(s)
1. Prioritization of Core Concepts: I often use mind map and Cornell note taking method as it is very useful and easy to understand for students.2. Active Learning: I will ask many questions to engage students and encourage them to think critically.
3. Clear Communication: I simplify explanations to enhance comprehension and retention.
4. Adaptive Learning Technologies: Especially for Science Subject, Videos are very important to ensure student fully understand concept.
5. Assessment for Learning: After finishing any topic, assessments will be given to students to identify areas where they need improvement and adjust their learning strategies accordingly.
