About Me
I had worked in Airline Industry for almost 12 years. I started my first non-technical role in Marketing.
Within less than 2 years in the company, I was hired as an IT Business Analyst. I was then groomed into the area of the product implementations, integrations and enhancements for Airlines and Enterprise systems.

Moving on, I have decided to give my focus on Early Childhood Education and Online Education as a new area of my interest. The reason I left my corporate job was to rekindle my purpose in life. Currently, I am pursuing a Degree in Bachelor of Education (ECE) Hons (School of Education and Cognitive Science) with an expected completion date in Year 2025.

Furthermore, my recent departure from my previous position in the preschool was driven by my temporary commitment to assist my daughter, who was diagnosed with slightly mild autism. I am actively involved in her Early Intervention Therapy, which takes place five days a week in the afternoons. As a result, I am available to prepare and perform subject guidance for the students from 9am to 12pm and from 2:30pm to 4:30pm on weekdays.

Teaching Method(s)
Before Class:
1. Study to understand the curriculum lessons required.
2. Prepare my own teaching notes in advance.

During Class:
1. Begin with a 5-minute review of the previous lesson.
2. Proceed tutoring on a new topic for 10 minutes. Make sure my teaching is not reading from the textbooks alone BUT more to enhance the child's comprehension skills by giving better concepts and ideas in certain areas of the topics. Make sure not to follow the typical classroom's style because the child have had enough of school classroom learning. Thus, tutoring will not make any difference in the child comprehension skills later.
3. Do 5 minutes reflection with the child. It can be a little game or quiz to ensure the child is still in the same interest.
4. Do less than 10 exercise questions for 15 minutes following the individual's national school exam formats requirements. Help the child understand the questions in terms of meaning and enable them visualize the what it means. Let the child answer. We will go through the answers together. If there is a need to reflect from previous topics that maybe require extra 5 minutes.
5. Move on to the new topic. This means 1 day the student will cover at least 2 topics within 1.5 hour of duration.
