In my role as a part-time tutor teaching English, Tamil, and Bahasa Malaysia (BM) to children aged 6-11, I strive to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment. My approach includes:I provide constructive feedback and celebrate students’ achievements, which boosts their confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
I design my lessons to cater to the individual learning needs and levels of each student.
I conduct regular assessments and quizzes to monitor students’ progress and adjust my teaching strategies accordingly.
I keep parents informed about their child's progress and provide suggestions for activities they can do at home to reinforce learning.
