About Me

Primary school @ SK TANDOP BESAR, KEDAH. Secondary school MRSM KUALA BERANG, TERENGGANU.I work as a teacher in mathematics (DLP) since 2007 until 2010 in SK Bukit Naga, Shah Alam,( 2011 to 2016 in SK Shah Alam, Seksyen 16,Shah Alam, Selangor) . I am a degree holder from UPM( BACHELOR IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION)- major in finance. After 2 years working at Kementerian Dalam Negeri in Putrajaya, I decided to apply for KPLI course. Fortunetly in 2006 after 1 year in IPTB~ Known as Maktab Perguruan tuanku Bainun before) i got my diploma in education ( major ~ mathematics DLP, minor~ English language) in may 20, 2016, i sent my letter to KPM for resignations.The hard decision was made by me since i feel that I’m wasting my time with the new rule applied by KPM, i realized it was something wrong with this new approaching for teacher. A lot of work given to me rather than my main task as a mathematics teacher. Maybe my own or my weakness in the this new nature i tough. I already join my tutor in 2017 and started to do my work with them. At the same time, i started to developed my own property and agriculture business.

Teaching Method(s)

When im working as a teacher in SK.. i have been exposing for a lot of training in Teaching and learning process, methodological provided by Ministry of education itself at that time. It help me a lot. pedagogi was the main or important part in teaching,characteristic as a teacher, what we have to do and avoid again our student, how to prepared the suitable questions, how to mark the paper, i mean the standard for UPSR at that time. We as a teacher should have this knowledge and for the other side, we have to be aware in our attitude. For examples, we have to be patience and open our mind set if any suggesions are good for me and for students. Be sincere and pleasure from the bottom of our heart. Please do not put the money first. Education itself actually not a business oriented for money, we have to sacrify ourself not sometimes but all the time in order to achive the learning objective that we have been setting for our students . As a muslim for sure practically, i will put Allah first in any action that i will made. We are dealing with a human, young generations, they have their own feeling , diffrerent point of view, their own potential. Teaching process for example, included classroom managment( in shcool I mean). This is the main or important part as a teacher. The teaching method itself will be differents against each student. It must be suitable for the level of students. How to tackle and made them feel save, happy, enjoy and at the same time they will respect me/ us as their teacher. Teaching and learning process actually are subjective actions to discribe. It was depend on the student level ( like I said above), attitudes and their background of the family that they grew up, there was a lot of important things . All i can do now is to deliver my best method and skills from my past experiences suitable with the current environment for our customer( student) . The parent have to trust the process. For example, we need and have to find out the problem from our student, then we can apply a suitable method for them, disccusstion agains parents and teacher also needed . It was easy to said but a little bit hard to implement it, it needed a smart critical thinking skills and teaching with love from our heart really helped the student . It was the important key to make them sucsess in the end either in the academic or in their personal character as a human soon. I’m not personally a perfect teacher but my own skill gifted to me ,inshaAllah for sure i will delivered it all my best to our kids related to the new era of live Styles . Last but not least, thanks to MY TUTOR and their team who built up this great platform for our education system in our country.
