As each student has different needs and interests, I think learning should be an enjoyable and stimulating experience. To create an engaging and tailored learning experience that addresses the individual needs and goals of each student, fostering both understanding and confidence in the subject matter. I will be discussing the student's goals and any specific area that they want to focus on for improvement. I'll also make sure to foster a positive and supportive learning environment by celebrating the student's achievements and progress , no matter how small , to build their confidence and motivation. Homework and practice exercises will also be assigned so that any difficulties faced can be addressed in the next session.Subject
