My name is Teacher Shazwan. I am currently finishing my Bachelor's in Education (TESL) with Honours in UPSI. I am Well-versed in the usage of Web 1.0 and 2.0 technologies and applications. I am looking for the opportunity to contribute to society with my set of skills in the education field and give back to the people by helping them to reach their full potential academically.Teknik Pengajaran
My teaching approaches are as follows:- Needs-based approach where I target the students' weaknesses and structure future lessons that answers them.
- Technology-based. 21st Century learning that incorporates technologies as teaching aids and gamification methods.
- Student-centred. I guide the students to understand their mistakes without giving them the answer directly.
- Reflections. I reflect on what works and what not to ensure that I am providing a quality and effective education for the students.
