Konichiwa, I am Faiqah but would prefer Fay to be called, in short. I just finished my degree in English Global course at UNIMAS. Also done with my 3 months contract as a substitute English teacher at my former secondary school. I am striving to create an engaging yet structured classroom environment even though through virtual. My class will be student-focused to build best relationships with them. I believe a flexible class/friendlier method would foster student engagement in the classroom. As students would be comfortable while learning, students will feel at ease to ask questions and more likely to be friend with the learning gaps. Easier to explain concepts effectively would easy to detect their lacks in studies. Plus, a passion for technology practice in the classroom is better to lift up and spice up the mood while interacting.Subjek
