I'm currently a vocational trainer (mechanical department) at KISMEC. I've trained 60+ fresh graduate student (diploma, degree and master holder) and existing worker (technician to manager) to improvise their skills with the latest mechanical technology method. During the free time, I'm part time student finishing my Bachelor Engineering Technology (Hons.) in Mechanical Design. Even my career bring more focus on adult, but as an older brother in my family I'll try the best that I could to teach anyone like they're my family. As a young trainer, the communication will be better because there's a lot of things that can be relatable with the students and it can bring more joy during the classes.Teknik Pengajaran
I belief the best way to teach is to bring them for an exploration onto a topics and relate it with their daily life. Better understanding could achieve when everything they see and use will bring them back to the topics they've learnt. My technique of teaching bring more focus on visualized and observation method because when they can see, hear and feel it will bring them the best understanding.Subjek
