Hi, I’m Sharifah and I’m a history enthusiast with a passion for teaching. I have a bachelor’s degree in History and Civilization at International Islamic University Malaysia and I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in the same field. I also have one year experience of teaching kids and toddlers during my time as an assistant teacher. Peers often described me as the supportive and encouraging one, and this aligns with my own philosophy in education where it is not a mere teaching and learning process, but to build character as well. I’m an interactive and supportive tutor who uses a variety of methods to make learning history fun and engaging, I will let my students use their sensory to 'take' them back to the past! I also provide feedback and tips to help students develop critical thinkings as well as individualized attention to help them thoroughly. For the little ones, engaging with their environments and using play way method are by far my favourite way to teach and educate them.Subject
