I'm a passionate and devoted final-year student earning an undergraduate degree in Education. My interest towards education and dedication to promoting equity motivate myself to be involved in non-governmental organisations (NGOs) that provide educational opportunities to underserved youth. With a solid foundation in academic accomplishment & leadership, I am excited to use my skills to help kids and promote improvements in the educational sector.Teknik Pengajaran
I apply a dynamic method of teaching called the Flipped Classroom. This technique is based on three main principles:1.Structured Planning:
I methodically organise educational resources into bite-sized chunks to provide clarity and coherence throughout the learning process.
2.Assessment of Student requirements:
Before beginning each class, I examine students' past expertise and educational preferences, adapting the content to their specific requirements & levels of proficiency.
3.Continuous Evaluation:
Both During the course, I use combination formative and summative tests to track the advancement of learners while offering timely feedback, resulting in a better comprehension on the topic.
By applying the flipped learning environment technique, I want to increase active involvement, personalised educational experiences, and academic achievement in my classroom.
