I am a person who is always motivated to improve education quality in Malaysia. I am a polite and also strict when it comes to educating a student. I am also capable of handling students who are not showing interest in studies. I conduct my classes based on continous assessment and quizzes. Since students already have their formal basic education in their respective schools, they lack of exercises to practice the lesson learnt and understanding the particular topic. Also I dont feed them answers. Instead, I try to make them find the answers on their own and guiding them an easier way to answer a particular question. By this method, students are able to get more confidence in answering exam papers thus producing better results.Subjek
