My name is Nor Fazzura binti Sayfudin, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Open University Malaysia. Prior to this, I completed my STPM (Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia) with distinction, setting a strong foundation for my academic journey.

I have always been deeply passionate about education and the nurturing of young minds. As I embark on my academic pursuit in the field of Human Resource Management, I find great joy and fulfillment in sharing my knowledge and experiences with the next generation.

My decision to pursue a degree in Human Resource Management stems from a profound interest in understanding and optimizing the potential of individuals within organizations. Through my studies, I have gained valuable insights into various aspects of people management, organizational behavior, and strategic planning, which I believe are crucial not only in the professional realm but also in personal development.

In addition to my academic endeavors, I am committed to contributing to the community by imparting knowledge and fostering a love for learning among young learners. It is with this dedication in mind that I am seeking opportunities to engage with students from Grades 1 to 3 through part-time teaching.

I firmly believe that every child has the potential to excel academically and personally, and I am committed to providing them with the guidance and support needed to unlock their full capabilities.
